This is a recently modernised detached bungalow which can sleep up to 7 adults, incorporating a spacious lounge with feature fireplace and panoramic views over the Atlantic ocean and on a clear day as far as the Scottish islands of Jura & Islay.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with built in wardrobe and views over the river Bann Estuary.
The 2nd bedroom has a standard double bed again with scenic views. The family bedroom is looking out to the fully enclosed rear garden of the property and has a standard double bed, also a single bed so could be used as a twin room or sleep up to 3 people if required. It also has built in furniture with a huge amount of storage and a handy built in vanity unit with sink.
Next to this is the new family bathroom which has wc, sink, bath and separate corner shower. Then we have a large modern kitchen with dining area leading to the utilty room with extra wc. Next to the utility room is the conservatory currently being used as an extra dining area with large table seating up to 8 adults.
The property also has a spacious garage with electric external door and internal access from the utility, It has plenty of storage or possible parking for up to 4 motorcycles and a drying area for hiking gear & wetsuits etc.
The property is ideally located on the Causeway Costal Route and is in a great location to base your visit and explore all the attractions the North Coast has to offer.
So if you love the outdoors whether its Golf, Hiking, Sailing, Surfing, Cycling or Motorcycling or just chilling on the beach and appreciating the outstanding scenery its all here on your doorstep at Islay Breeze.
Our minimum stay is 3 nights and is on a self catering basis. We have TV and high speed internet with reliable wifi. The heating is oil central heating and the kitchen appliances are all electric. Unfortunately we currently don’t offer a facility for Pets at Islay Breeze however there is an excellent kennel facility in the village.
